Terms of Use
1.The Site and its operator

2.Acceptance of these terms
Playing without an account requires no agreement. Signing in creates an account, and by signing in you accept these Terms of Use in the version shown above. The Site records the version you accepted and the date. When the terms change materially, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you are signed in; until you do, your account continues to work but the new version is not treated as accepted.
3.The service
The Site offers a set of daily puzzles. Each day's puzzle is the same for everyone. Puzzles for today and for past dates can be played; a signed-in player's finishes are recorded and shown on the History page. Free-play modes, where offered, are not recorded. The service is provided free of charge and no payment is taken.
4.Accounts
- Sign-in is through Google. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use.
- One account per person, used by that person only.
- You may delete your account at any time from the History page; deletion is immediate and permanent and removes all associated records.
- You may download a complete copy of your data from the same page.
5.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit results you did not achieve by playing, or interfere with the recording of results;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its database or other players' data;
- send automated or excessive traffic that degrades the Site for others;
- copy, redistribute, resell or make commercial use of the games or their puzzles.
Results are validated on the server; a result that cannot be validated is not recorded, and an assisted finish (using Hint or Solve) is recorded as such and never ranks above an unassisted one.
6.Intellectual property
The Site, the games, their code, graphics and daily puzzles are the operator's work and are protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for private play only. Classic puzzle forms (such as sudoku and tangram) are not claimed as the operator's own; the specific implementations are. Google, Cloudflare and other names mentioned are the trademarks of their owners.
7.Personal data
How personal data is processed, and your rights over it, are set out in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
8.Availability and changes
The Site is a personal project. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including any game, at any time and without notice. We do not undertake to keep the Site available, to keep it free of charge indefinitely, or to preserve your records, although you may download them at any time.
9.No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by law.
10.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss of records. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing limits the rights that consumer protection law grants you and does not permit you to waive.
11.Termination
You may end the agreement at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or delete an account that breaches section 5, after notice where practicable. Sections 6, 9, 10 and 13 survive termination.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top identify the current text. Material changes take effect for you when you accept the new version at sign-in, as described in section 2; minor changes (such as corrections) take effect on publication.
13.Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.
